Hotel Goldoni In generale tutto buono ma ci hanno dato una stanza tipo corridoio che non ci stavano due letti uno accanto all'altro...che ci ha lasciato un po' perplessi. Alla colazione non si poteva chiedere il caffè dal bar, era disponibile solo la machinetta ci ha delusi e abbiamo sempre fatto la colazione al bar furoi. Però con questo prezzo forse è normale ormai. Mi dispiace tanto che c'è questa tendenza di usare la machinetta per la colazione in Italia dove vantano di caffè e cappucino. I personali erano molto gentili.

Hotel Goldoni The Hotel was spotlessly clean, the room although a little smaller than would seem from the web photos was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were all very helpfull and made the stay a very pleasant one I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel Goldoni to anyone wanting to stay in Florence, it was in a short walking distance from all of the main Museums and Galleries etc.

Hotel Goldoni We are more than happy to advise that we had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Goldoni. While some individuals may find a Hotel located on the 2nd floor of a building inconvenient we did not experience this. There was good security on the ground floor, with an elevator and staff more than happy to assist with transporting of luggage when required. The staff were friendly, professional and courteous. The rooms were large, airy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was more than adequate and the location very easy to access from the central railway station. Further, it was lovely being so close to the river and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and sightseeing locations. Having internet access was a definite bonus. We would feel comfortable referring friends and family to stay there.

Hotel Goldoni We really enjoyed hotel Goldoni. It was very attractive, comfortable, well kept. Centrally located. The only minus was a very disappointing, largely prepackaged breakfast buffet, which seemed completely our of sync with the overall standard of the hotel! (I can't really judge rates as I did no research to compare)

Hotel Goldoni All staff was very courteous and helpful. One exception (only), was front desk person on Monday July 16th, 2007, just after 6:00p.m (middle aged, dark haired man). When my daughter requested that he help us make a reservation for dinner that evening his rather rude reply was "Use the phone in your room". This was completely contrary to the excellent help given by all other stafff at all other times. On another occasion the same fellow, on Wednesday July 18th, before 7:00 a.m. gave me a hard time when I requested too buy a 5 euro computer card, he assuming I wanted to use the computer during breakfast, which was not the case. Please thank the rest of you staff for the most pleasurable attention we were given at all times.

Hotel Goldoni 1. Extremely clean rooms that were comfortably sized 2. Staff was a little "stiff" at first, but warmed up as the week progressed. They were extremely knowledgable on where things were located and also with helping us find available laundry services at a local laundromat. 3. Great location - convenient to the SMN rail station, Ponte Vecchio and within easy walking to most of the touristy areas of town. Several good restaurants close to the hotel as well. And, don't forget to shop the blocks around the hotel - some unbelievable ceramic and antique shops. 4. Located on the 2nd floor, but has a lift 5. Very good relationship between what we saw on the website and what they hotel actually offered. 6. Extremely nice breakfast area, breakfast setup (no meat, but very good continental) 7. If you bring your computer, there is free internet access in the breakfast room or they will provide a computer and internet access for very affordable hourly rate ($6 euros per hour)

Hotel Goldoni l'hotel è centralissimo, molto molto carino accogliente ben curato ed elegante, la città è molto raccolta, le camere sono pulite e molto carine, l'unica pecca è che la colazione è un pò povera e per avere un caffè o un capuccino buono bisogna pagare a parte, visto che dalla macchinettà automatica fuoriesce un liquido inqualificabile. siamo comunque rimasti molto molto soddisfatti. lo staff è molto disponibile. torneremo presto

Hotel Goldoni Hotel très bien placé, très pratique, les loueurs de voitures sont dans la meme rue ce qui facilite ce genre de voyage. Le personnel est agréable, seul bémol le petit dejeuner où aucun fruit frais n'est proposé. J'ai aussi oublié un vetement qui a été introuvable après mon départ.. Sinon hotel calme et confortable.
