Hotel Berna Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione Santa Maria Novella e a pochi minuti dal centro. Accurata pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti comuni. Gentilissimo e molto simpatico lo staff dell'hotel.

Hotel Berna L'hotel si trova difficilmente perche l'entrata è direttamente dietro la fermata di autobus. Si dovrebbe menzionare questo particolare nella descrizione. Accoglienza è amichevole e si sente bene. L'unico svantaggio è la sistemazione della macchina in un garage externo.

Hotel Berna Ho trascorso un piacevolissimo weekend a Firenze grazie anche al soggiorno effettuato in questo hotel. E' un struttura piccola ma curata alla perfezione. I gestori dell'Hotel sono stati cortesi e una disponibilità simile non si trova da tutte le parti...ve lo assicuro in quanto nella mia vita ho viaggiato molto, a prezzi decisamente più elevati e talvolta trattata scorbuticamente.... Ci hanno aspettato fino a tardi alla sera capendo la nostra esigenza e hanno perso un sacco di tempo a cercarci un parcheggio non a pagamento e sicuro. Così abbiamo trascorso il weekend in serenità senza avere problematiche ne costi sul posteggio dell'auto. Inoltre, noi sapevamo fin dalla partenza che la colazione non era inclusa nel prezzo, perchè il nostro trattamento prevedeva quello,in realtà sono stati così graziosi che prima di partire alla mattina per la visita della città, ci è sempre stato offerto uno spuntino. Quello che ho trovato è quello che sapevo già nel momento della prenotazione, corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto on line.

Hotel Berna Francesca, the manager, was friendly and welcoming and made our stay very special. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful. The location was great and the lift was terrific for access, especially with luggage. Special treats in our room each day were a special touch.

Hotel Berna The overall stay with Berna was pleasent to us. You can easily find the way to any sightseeing places as the hotel locate in the middle of the city. In addition, hotel's staff is very helpful, they can answer most of the questions we need.

Hotel Berna We stayed in the Red Room. The children loved it. The staff was wonderful and very helpful telling us which restaurants would be suitable for us and more importantly for the children where the best gelato shops were. We had to share the one room with the children but it wasn't too cramped. For location, friendliness,cleanliness it was very good value for money.

Hotel Berna Wonderful hotel, it exceeded all expectations. Very friendly staff, I came two hours earlier than I declared on traveleurope and they checked me in, although that was entirely my fault. Francesca's cappucino is really nice. I will for sure recommend hotel Berna to my friends, and I'll stay there if I come to Florence again.

Hotel Berna The hotel is good and located in a great place, only 2 mins from the railway station. Only problem is the reception is open till 8 PM at night, so if you arrive after 8, you will be in trouble. Nobody will be there to assist you, no staff would be there which I think is one of the negative point about this hotel, otherwise it is quite good.

Hotel Berna Hotel Berna is THE place to stay in Florence if you're on a budget. The host was very friendly and helpful in recommendations for dinner and helping us locate places in the city. The rooms were clean and sheets changed daily. The bathroom was very clean as well. Breakfast was pretty good and consisted mostly of pastries and breads with jams/spreads. The location is very convenient being right across from the station and a 5-10 minute walk to the Duomo. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Florence.

Hotel Berna This 2 star hotel is ideal for visiting the City. The location is ideal for train travel and buses stop outside the door. The hotel managress, Francesca, went out of her way to be helpful. The choice of food for a continetal type breakfast was above average. It was a surprise to find the Hotel on the third floor sandwiched between two other establishments offering bed and breakfast. Fortunately there was a lift.

Hotel Berna Very nice hotel, we didn't expect to be given a 4-star accommodation from a 2-star hotel. We liked our room very much (the red room) because it was very cozy and spacious for a family of 5. We were specially appreciative of the friendliness of Francesca and Paolo. We will definitely recommend this hotel or stay there again in the future.

Hotel Berna Todo bien en el hotel PERO es muy importante avisar exactamente la hora de llegada porque despues de las 8 de la noche los encargados se van y ya no es posible ingresar al hotel. En hoteles en Roma y Florencia no tuve problema con la hora de llegada pero en este caso si es necesario especificarlo, sobre todo si uno llega tarde. Fuera de este inconveniente el hotel esta bien, muy limpio y cerca tanto de la estacion de tren como de la plaza central.

Hotel Berna Cet hotel est très pratique, puisqu'il se trouve à moins de 500 m de la gare. Pratique également pour les distances tout à fait correctes pour parvenir aux divers sites de la ville. Pas de souci de bruit, car il y a une bonne isolation phonique. L'accueil chaleureux et personnalisé de l'hotesse fait que cet hotel restera un bon souvenir de notre voyage à Florence.
