There are no dinners served at the hotel but the complementary breakfast was adequate with good service.

The shower room was so small like a bird's cage that I could not stretch my arms to rub my own back. Also, the shower water drain was stoppered so that there was water flooding in my feet before I finished bathing. Also, the breakfast was served with poor management and low-quality cold food. At 9:00 am, the milk was not refilled and fruits were not served again. This is a low quality airport hotel which is not worth 95 euro dollars a night.

The pictures looked much larger that I actually got. When I complained about the room size, they said that's all they had. When I explained that I had paid for a Suite, they finally moved me to another room. It was about the same size as the first but had an upstairs loft. Although it was technically larger, is was not what we had in mind. My 80 year old Dad was not about to climb another flight of stairs!

Comfort Hotel Roma Airport By Choice Hotels We booked this hotel because we arrived midnight at the fiumicino airport, so we want to have a hotel that's easy to be reached from the airport. We are only there for one night, a very short stay, because in the morning we went straight to Rome city center. From that short stay I can say that this hotel is very worth it with the price. It is small, but it's clean and proffessional. We even got a free shuttle back to the airport *we were catching the Leonardo da Vinci express in the airport station*. The only problem is it's far from anywhere but the airport, hence the name. Public transportation is nowhere near,that's why it's best as a short stop for people who are either coming from the airport (like me), or going to fly back home.

Having known we would'nt have stayed there. This should be clarified in the information on internet. By chance there was a shuttle to the airport the next morning. But it would be appreciate to have the shuttle earlier than 7 am because of early flight's departure. And having the possibility to have breakfast earlier too. Otherwise it is a good hotel, clean and quiet.

Comfort Hotel Roma Airport By Choice Hotels No one answered the phone when we called for the shuttle. We tried 5 times over the course of 20 minutes from the airport, but it always rang busy. I think it was off the hook. We had to engage a cab for 20 Euros (the hotel charges 10 for the shuttle: 10 Euros per room). The staff also were very snooty. The attendant on the front desk was so curt as to be unpleasant. The food in the restaurant was terrible...expensive and so salty as to be inedible. The room was nice and the bathroom clean (although the shower is designed so poorly that the floor gets flooded with every shower). They also offer no business office for web access. Overall, it's reasonably priced for what you get. I would only recommend it if you speak Italian and don't eat there. If you go out the front door and turn right, a take-out pizza parlor is about a 2 block walk away, and they offered, good, inexpensive pizza.

This is not in the middle of Rome and not an expensive area, so I don't understand why all hotels in Fiumucini are so expensive. It would be a good idea if it was possible to borrow/buy an Italian electricity adapter from the reception. This is an airport hotel with lots of foreign tourists and business people who have laptops or mobile phones that need charging. Also, I would strongly advise this hotel offer wifi throughout the hotel. Even at a cost for the customer.

Comfort Hotel Roma Airport By Choice Hotels Nothing exceptionally about this place. The hotel lies about 5 mins drive from the airport. Good location if your plane leaves early. The staff was friendly and accomodating as they should be. The room was small but clean. The Restaurant offers main courses from about 20 Euros which I find a little too expensive. I can strongly recommend the Chinese restaurant down the street and around the corner to the right. (200 ms) One thing that is not so good is the price. We paid 170 Euros for one double room with one extra bed. This is far too expensive.

We got there late and I think we were the only ones in the hotel 'til they desided to show the room beside us to some noisy party folk at 1AM... asked if there was room service and although they have a restaurant next door, they said you have to take the food up yourself... The worst thing was that the neighborhood is questionable and the patio doors wouldn't lock.
