Adi Doria Grand Hotel La metropolitana si trova propio dietro l'angolo. La camera era pulitissima con asciugamano e lenzuola fresce e profumate. La colazione era buona e varia servita in una sala colazione carina. Lo consigliamo.

Adi Doria Grand Hotel Sul punto accoglienza e eficienza del personale, sarebbe utile stabilire una differenza tra il personale della reception, non molto accogliente, ne disposto a fornire informazione turistica utile al passegero, come per esempio fare una semplice chiamata alla Scala per sapere gli orari di visita, ecc., e il personale del bar, che funziona anche come ristorante, di inestimabile cordialità ed efficenza.

Adi Doria Grand Hotel alcune volte è tutto perfetto, altre un pò meno dipende dalla stanza. oggi ad esempio ho chiamato la donna di servizio in quanto vicino alla finestra ho trovato delle unghie! francamente non è piacevole. I bagni sono belli, a quanto efficienza lasciano desiderare.

Adi Doria Grand Hotel E' un Hotel a dir poco eccezionale in tutto. Il personale squisito, le stanze spaziose pulitissime e molto belle, i servizi impeccabili e numerosi.Insomma una permanenza perfetta. Non ho dubbi sul fatto che ogni mia presenza a Milano si leghera certamente ad un soggiorno presso questo Hotel. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare e salutare tutto il personale.

Adi Doria Grand Hotel The location was perfect for me as i needed to go to an office nearby the next day. My room was clean and furnished in a traditional way. The front desk staff was always very helpful and keen to give useful information. Good breakfast. I would definetely suggest it to anyone.

Adi Doria Grand Hotel Overall we were very pleased wih the hotel and its staff. We would, however, like to see improvements made regarding the breakfast facilities. We were not the only guest who had to wait to be seated and served. It seemed that the problem was that there was not enough staff to clear the tables once some guests had finished their breakfast, and the available staff did not seem to handle the situation well. Another solution might be to have a larger room available so that more guests could enjoy their breakfast without having to wait for others to leave.

Adi Doria Grand Hotel My hotel stay was OK, but here is the explanation for the above rating: 1. Firsts impression: the hotel looks old and rather dusty 2. It is at least one subway station away from the Main Railway Station (Stazione Centrale), i.e. farther than the 100 m or so advertised 3. Breakfast was unexpectedly thin in choice (no vegetables at all, very little fruit etc.) and even in quantity (things were running out and not replaced), whilst the breakfast room may have been too small (one morning - out of 3 spent there - people had to stand at the door, in line, to enter - a thing that I had never experienced anywhere else) To conclude, I believe the "four star" feature may be excessive for this hotel.

Adi Doria Grand Hotel Tout de même un 4 étoiles.... L'accueil...eh bien il n'y en a pas. Oui quelqu'un est là certes. Froideur, pas de bienvenue. On nous donne une clef. Personne pour les bagages. Le personnel entrée discute entre lui et oublie le plus important; il est là pour la clientèle et sans elle il ne travaille pas. Ce serait bien que certains hôtels le sachent. Il faut quémander un plan de ville pas trop bien fait d'ailleurs car c'est caché sous le comptoir intérieur. Dommage. Par contre belle note pour le petit-déjeûner qui est parfait...

On nous a indiqué que les cuisines étaient fermées et il fallait donc dire qu'il était fermé au lieu de nous servir ces plats (réchauffé au micro ondes, sans saveur, très cher).
