Hotel Romana Residence Ero già stato in questo albergo ed ho modificato la data del mio arrivo per potervi ritornare ad una tariffa accettabile fuori della Fiera del Mobile, ne apprezzo particolarmente la posizione molto centrale e comodamenre raggiungibile, la dimensione delle camere più che discreta per Milano, il livello dei servizi offerti ed infine, fuori dai periodi di fiera, l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hotel Romana Residence gentili signori, ho apprezzato la cortesia e la buona qualità dei servizi offerti, ma devo suggerirvi di cambiare subito i materassi perchè non sono all'altezza della camera. Se non fosse stato per quel materasso scomodo avrei avuto un soggiorno eccellente.

Hotel Romana Residence un disastro! ci hanno collocati al settimo piano, l'ultimo da fare a piedi! le stanze non erano adoperate da tempo, poco pulite e con puzza di chiuso e di muffa.. un 4 stelle senza cassaforte e senza aria condizionata! alla colazione mancava il pane, era finito! per noi il soggiorno è stato uno spiacevole ricordo!

Hotel Romana Residence all'arrivo ho dimenticato di chiedere una stanza per non fumatori, ma davo per scontato che, non facendomelo rpesente, tutte le stanze fossero per non fumatori. In realtà mi sono trovata in una camera PUZZOLENTE dove erano stati altri fumatori. La scarsa ventilazione delle stanze dove è consentito fumare non fa altro che non garantire un buon comfort per chi soggiorna nell'ambiente non sono maleodorante, ma anche inquinato. Un albergo 4 stelle dovrebbe avere un efficace sistema di ricambio dell'aria.

Hotel Romana Residence Good location, overall a good choice to stay in Milan. However, beware of the extremely small lift (fits only two persons with light luggages) and the limited free internet service offered (only one computer in the dining area so you have to find the right time to use it). Staff very friendly and the suite is great especially with the kitchen that you can cook if you don't feel like going to restaurants. The antique design of the bed is a surprise when you walk into the room.

The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. In the case of this hotel I would say that you get what you pay for, an average hotel with some good points (location, parking, cleanliness) and some bad points ("double bed", staff attitude and lack of restaurant).

Hotel Romana Residence Bon accueil, mais on nous donne une chambre au dernier étage supérieur auquel l'ascenseur ne se rendait pas; il fallait prendre l'escalier et ma femme était blessée aux genoux. On a demandé de changer de chambre, mais on nous a répondu que l'hôtel était complet et que ce n'était pas possible. La chambre était comme dans un grenier avec un toit en pente et sentait mauvais. Très petite douche et petite salle de bain. Impossible d'utiliser Internet: out of order. Le service de salle à manger (dîner) était fermé durant la fin de semaine.

Hotel Romana Residence Das Hotel war schön, aber das sehr grosse Zimmer war leider ganz oben im Dach, (nur über Treppe erreichbar), und hatte ausserdem nur ein kleines Dachfenster, das sich nicht öffnen liess.
