The room I got this time was not re-decorated - and was facing the air-condition system to the restaurant next door. The room was also very hot and we never found the switch for the air-condition so we slept with open window.

Hotel Sempione The hotel room itself (bed/bathroom) was fine; it was clean, comfortable. However, the hotel staff was not friendly at all, and actually seemed kind of snooty. Also, there are no restaurants nearby, and the restaurant within the hotel was closed while we were there. The man at the front desk briskly mentioned that when we asked if there was a restaurant nearby, then waved his hand and said there were plenty or restaurants around the area, without offering any details, so we walked around and there were NOT any restaurants at all we could find in the area.

Hotel Sempione This hotel is very near the Central Station - and it is also right beside a Metro station so very convenient for travelling around Milano. The price is very reasonable and the rooms are small but very comfortable - with nice en suite, tv, hair dryer and even a lovely little balcony with some rooms. Some of the reception staff were very helpful, with very good English. At the moment there is a lot of building work going on outside the main entrance of the hotel and it looks like this may continue for some weeks/months so this may be a little noisy in the mornings (they don't seem to work at weekends though). Overall, very good value for money and very convenient for the Metro. Worth staying in for a few nights in Milano.

Hotel Sempione I would like to say that HOTEL SEMPIONE was very nice and providing excellent service to it s customers. The map showing on the wep site was not enough and sufficiand to find the hotel in case of lost buy a new map from airport (7,50 euro). The best way to reach the hotel is using the underground ıf you take the yellow line numer:3 you need to stop at REPUBBLICA station and as soon as you get out off the undergrond station walk lıittle bit stright and turn first left you will see the hotel on your right hand site (50 m). If you wish to take a taxi from MALPENSA ıt will cost you 75-85 euro to get to city center. My room was 407 ıt was double bed room wıth a balcony, it was small room but ıt was ok to me. Breakfast was perfect ıt has eveything that you lookimg for (Ham, salami,fruit,bred butter,chees,fruit yogurt,egg, fresh krosaand...) If you want to visit other city attractions you can use the underground from repubblica underground station you can reach DUOMO after 3 stop. I have realy enjoyed my staying in Milano and ı am strongly recommend HOTEL SEMPIONE to the other traveller who wish to visit Milano.

The hotel is in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood near the central train station and only a few metro stops to the Duomo area. Angelo on the front desk is delightful and extremely helpful. Hotel Sempione The Hotel is undergoing renovation. If you like scaffolding on your balcony, construction crews working outside your room window and the sound of drilling, hammering etc then this is the hotel for you. The air conditioning in the rooms does NOT work, it is very hot in the hotel at nightime. The rooms are small but clean. Las habitaciones están mejor las de esta nueva parte del hotel (creo que era el ultimo piso, estoy seguro). Las habitaciones si remodelar, son peores que las nuevas pero aun asi estan bien y calidad precio es sino lo mejor de lo mejorcito que hay en Milán. La gente muy simpática y un esquisito servicio. Recomiendo este hotel, yo si vuelvo repito.

Hotel Sempione L'hôtel la besoin de restauration. Les salles de bains sont vétustes et trop petites. Ilf audrait interdire de fumer dans les chambres ou alors séparer les chambres fumeurs des non fumeurs. Il n'est pas acceptable que le personne se chache dans le réservoir des essuis pour fumer et que la puanteur entre dans les chambres par dessous les portes. Le petit-déjeuner est très limité et ne varie aucun jour.

Hotel Sempione 1. Nous n'avons pas été informées que des travaux avaient lieu dans l'hôtel: donc échafaudages devant les fenêtres, bruit et désagréments divers. 2. Nous avons eu affaire à un réceptionniste fort désagréable. 3. Le prix est particulièrement trop élevé pour le rapport qu'il offre. Nous regrettons de vous donner des caractéristiques aussi désagréables, mais vraiment nous avons été fort déçues.

Hotel Sempione Die gute verkehrstechnische Lage und trotzdem relativ ruhig, Zimmer war im 4. Stock und hatte somit einen Balkon.

Hotel Sempione Gut gelegen,gepflegt, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sauber, nette Leute, gutes Frühstück in angenehmem Frühstücksraum. Ruhiges, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, sauber. Ich weiss nicht, ob ich ein Sonderangebot erwischt habe, aber 75 Euro für 1 Person für 2 Nächte inkl. Frühstück, am Osterwochende ist nicht schlecht. 3 Sterne-Hotels in Italien versprechen nicht immer dasselbe wie 3 Sternhotels z.B. in Deutschland od. Österreich. Hier ist jeder Stern verdient, absolut kein Nepp. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Hotel Sempione Günstiges, sympathisches Hotel. Besonders toll: die gute Lage. Man ist ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die U-Bahn erreicht man in einer Minute.

Hotel Sempione Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einer Nebenstrasse. Zu Fuß 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof und 20 Minuten zum Dom. Gute Anbindung (2 Minuten) zur U-Bahn und Strassenbahn. Das Frühstück ist typisch und ausreichend, der Service sehr nett. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer ist klein aber zweckmäßig. Die Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein aber immer sauber (Hand-/Badetuch, Seife, D-Gel). Generell fehlt es an nichts.

Hotel Sempione Unser Hotelzimmer wurde vor Kurzem komplett neu renoviert und war entsprechend modern, etwas spacig und sehr sauber eingerichtet. Ausgestattet war unser Zimmer u.a. mit einem großen Flachbildschirm, bequemen Bett und auch einem Safe. Die Lage ist super und sehr zentral. Da das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße liegt, war es dennoch verhältnismäßig ruhig. Das Frühstück war o.k.. Nichts besonderes, aber dennoch ausreichend, um sich für den Tag zu stärken. Besonderns günstig war der Übernachtungspreis. Vor Ort wurde mindestes das Doppelte für das Zimmer verlangt. Einige andere Zimmer wurden zur selben Zeit noch renoviert. Ich denke, dass wir auch ein wenig Glück hatten, ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Hotel Sempione Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut; ca. 10 Fussminuten vom Dom entfernt. Die Zimmer sind klein, das Bad ist eine Zumutung: extrem schmal, um zur Toilette zu gehen, muss man erst über das Bidet steigen. Das Wasser in der Dusche kommt tröpfchenweise. Der Fernseher hängt so an der Wand, dass man vom Bett aus gar nicht fernsehen kann. Das Frühstück ist auch mehr als einfach; das Brot war in unserem Fall bestimmt vom gestrigen Tag (ohne Möglichkeit, es wenigstens zu toasten). Der Internetpreis war trotzdem ok, wer normal (d.h. das Doppelte) bezahlt, überzahlt das Zimmer bei weitem.

Hotel Sempione Die erste Nacht verbrachten wir sagen wir in einem kleinen Abstellraum ohne Fenster und zu wenig Luft. Am zweiten Tag wurde das Zimmer getauscht. Für die erste Nacht gab es keine Vergütung. Vielleicht könnten Sie sich darum bemühen. Statt dem Eckerlkäse könnte man beim Frühstück eventuell Schnittkäse aufnehmen. Die Baustelle vor dem Hotel war schon sehr störend und laut. Die Lage des Hotels war otpimal - U-Bahnnähe.

Hotel Sempione Das Zimmer und v.a. war klein, aber sauber. Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon (hat wohl nicht jedes Zimmer). Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war ok. Man sollte nur nicht im Restaurant essen, dort zahlt man sich dumm und dämlich. Ein Bier 0,6: 9,-EUR. In der Minibar wars dann für ein 0,33: 3,-EUR. Und mit der Metro ist man echt super angeschlossen.
