Charming Airport Hotel Ci siamo fermati solo una notte, prima della nostra partenza. E' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. La posizione e' fantastica per arrivare in pochi minuti all'aeroporto. Buonissima la prima colazione. Le camere pulite e complete di tutto.

Charming Airport Hotel This hotel has to be the worst hotel we have stayen in for all are travelling experience. How they maintain a four star rating has to tell you something about the rating system. The bathroom was a discrace in that the toilet seat was cracked through and was not attached to anything. the shower stall was patched up and looked dirty. There was not room service, no restraunt, and there were serious safety concerns as it pertained to its location. We were told that the airport was a short walk. Well, do not believe it. It is a two minute cab ride for ten euros. Unbelievably!

Charming Airport Hotel Very friendly and helpful staff. Plumbing was inefficient. Lot of noise from adjacent room - not well insulated. TV didn't work. No drinking water, no coffee or teabags. Kettle didn't work. But we would definitely go again for its location and the staff who were lovely.

Charming Airport Hotel The Charming Hotle was advertised as a 4 star hotel. It might have been a 4 star when it was build but is now very dated. The room was very noisy from the road outside and the air conditioning was even more noisy. The room was clean but the bed was quite uncomfortable. There is also no restaurant and nowhere to eat near the hotel. The porter explained how to go to a restaurant 400m away. After walking 10 minutes along a desolate dark road with heavy traffic we decided to go back to the hotel. I would probaby recommend to stay in a hotel further away from the airport with better facilities and get a taxi to the airport.

Charming Airport Hotel I would recommend this hotel for those needing to be near the airport. The breakfast staff was so nice to us and the breakfast back patio was charming. I think the hotel should give better directions. I have seen three different websites pinpointing the hotel at different spots on the map. Also, since there is no shuttle after hours, we had to pay 15 euros for literally a 5 minute walk from the airport terminal because it was too near and the taxis don't make a profit.

Charming Airport Hotel We arrived late at night and were "welcomed" by an unfriendly porter who became even more unfriendly when we asked for two glasses - there being no glasses in the room. The minibar constisted of just a few drinks and a filthy, empty icecubebox. The tea/coffee facility consisted of two cups, three or four packets of sugar - no coffee or tea bags, no milk. The breakfast personnel were a little bit more friendly, though in no way especially oncoming. All in all: anything but "charming" - the only good thing: relatively near the airport.

Charming Airport Hotel Definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star. The air conditioning did not work properly and it was terribly warm in the room - near impossible to sleep. Only chose this hotel because I had an early flight. They must do something about their air conditioning.

Charming Airport Hotel Location -- excellent for walking to airline terminal. Price -- consistent with actual quality, not a four-star price but fair for what was offered. Staff and service -- excellent Restaurant nearby ordinary: food, wine and prices OK but not a dining experience Room and facilities -- more like a very good, clean but small, two or at most three star accommodation. My room was on 1st (Euro numbers) floor on a noisy, busy main street. I don't know if this hotel has any four star rooms. Visitors should be sure to ask for a quiet room. Otherwise well recommended.

Charming Airport Hotel It would be wonderful to have an onsite bar/restaurant. During my stay, I was limited motion -as I had a large walking boot on a broken ankle. The staff was WONDERFUL, even though we barely spoke each other's languages. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Charming Airport Hotel I actually thought it was closer to the airport, and on line reviews led me to believe that cabs were not available very early in the am. The cab stand is right across the street, and it was very easy for desk staff to get us a cab. Our time there was very limited, so objective comments are not totally possible,- we were there less than 24 hours. But the room was extremely small. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

Charming Airport Hotel I rang the hotel from Naples airport to find out how to walk there as it is only five minutes from the airport on foot. The instructions they gave me were totally inadequate and I was wandering about in the dark for about half an hour, in spite of the fact that I speak Italian and that the hotel can easily reached by walking away from the airport up the main access road, turning right at the end, right again at the next junction, and walking another 50 yards down the road. The hotel is on the right.

A clean and efficient hotel, located within walking distance to the airport. Pool and gym provided, and, referrral to the excellent pizza kitchen a few doors down. Our room was small, but, we had no big expectations. And, we were so grateful to have our request for a quiet room made possible. We will highly recommend your hotel to others! The surrounding area did not look too inviting for female travelers, so a restaurant in the Hotel would be a major bonus. The online information stated that the hotel was 5 minutes from the airport, this is correct. However if a small map were included people would actually walk to the hotel. We were charged €25 in a taxi for this journey.

Charming Airport Hotel This was a perfect location to catch an early morning flight out of Naples Airport. And another advantage was it's proximity to a great pizzeria. When I arrived at 2100 in the evening, I was able to get a great pizza at the pizzeria only a few "doors' away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel and the experience of booking online with traveleurope!

Charming Airport Hotel Perfect place to stay if you have to leave on an early flight from Naples, since you can walk to the airport. Best plan is to walk over to the airport the night before and get a luggage cart (although they may not let you put it into your room, but this can be worked out). One problem is finding the hotel if you are coming from the airport or even the car rental place. The back way in is a bit hard to find unless you see the right signs. Best to send someone ahead to scout the shortest route. The rooms are small but the shower was great. Some comments I read indicated there was no place to eat. The neighborhood itself is bleak, but the nearby pizza place (enter restaurant through bar) was just fine, with quick friendly service and a good pizza. I found it very convenient for my purposes.

Charming Airport Hotel This is the perfect hotel for dropping off a rental car having visited Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast with an early morning flight out of Naples. It was only a quick 5 minute walk across the car rental carpark to the departures terminal. The staff were courteous and helpful, especially the elderly porter. The taxi ride into Napoli centre was only 14 euro set fare so although it was a little way from the city it was still very accessible. The rooms were very tidy and stylsh with a great shower and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this hotel to any person with an early morning flight.

Charming Airport Hotel We found that Charming Int'l Hotel to be clean, quiet, comfortable and very well located. Althought it is within easy walking distance of the airport terminal, it is a not recommended with luggage. It is very convenient to the rental car return [next door with a connecting walkway]. I would definitely stay there again if I were ever to travel home from Naples as on this trip. A most pleasant experience! Getting back to the hotel from downtown Napoli by taxi is a most memorable experience [cannot be described only experienced]!

Charming Airport Hotel Great location if you are flying out of Naples airport. They are really trying very hard at this property to make your stay with them enjoyable. It was clean and quiet. Free internet was a nice benefit. It's a little hard to find but it really is only about an 8 minute walk to the departure area of the airport. Good food nearby.

Charming Airport Hotel We had a room close to the front of the building. Traffic noise all night was bothersome, including a dog that barked frequently. We arose early to catch a plane so we didn't parttake of the breakfast buffet. The fact we could walk from the hotel to the airport was ideal. We'd stay there again but ask for a room in the rear.

Charming Airport Hotel Very good hotel, very convenient to airport (a walk), but pretty unsafe neighborhood. Hotel front door and gate always locked. It is necessary to walk about 5 blocks to a restaurant. At night, obvious drug dealing going on along the way.

Charming Airport Hotel The hotel is extremely convenient to the airport, it was quiet and beds were comfortable, so for those reasons I would recommend this hotel to other travellers, especially those with early flights. The front desk staff was very helpful. However, the room we had was in need of updating and renovation. The shower head was held together with duct tape, the carpet was very worn, one light wasn't working, etc.

Charming Airport Hotel Directions to the hotel from the airport need to be better. Its only a short distance, easily walkable, but without clear instructions you need to take a taxi. The service at breakfast time could have been better. There sere no tables set, and we had to ask for cutley, butter etc.

Charming Airport Hotel There MAY have been a bedbug or two but the convenience of staying at a hotel that was actually right next to the rental car return and a ten minute walk to the airport was worth it. I would go back there again - hopefully without the bedbugs this time. Also since it was too early for the airport van, the hotel supplied a cart and I was able, at the crack of dawn, to wheel my stuff to the airport.

Charming Airport Hotel Our room was great, comfy beds, everything clean. The bathroom was large and clean - the only small problem was the noise from the showers - we could hear other rooms when people were in their shower. The free internet was awesome. The breakfast was the least food of everywhere we stayed in Italy ( 5 other hotels) but good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Naples. Thank you.

Charming Airport Hotel The air conditioning did not work . We reported it to the front desk and they said it would work after 15 minutes. It did not so they sent up a fan which was in working order but did not cool the room down. We asked to be moved but were told that the hotel was fully booked so it would be impossible. Needless to say, neither of us got a very good sleep for the 7 hours we were there. We checked out at 5:30 a.m.

Charming Airport Hotel We enjoyed the Hotel. It really is a short walk from the Terminal Building. It is bright and cheerfull. There is an ready supply of Taxis to the Centre of Naples for about 20 Euros. Breakfast was ample and the staff were friendly. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Charming Airport Hotel The only negative thing we had to say about the hotel was the noise in the evening between 9 and midnight, when we were trying to sleep. We had a very early flight, and the airplane noise, and the dogs barking and ... and... Otherwise very nice spot for the money.

Charming Airport Hotel We arrived and had to ask for milk and toilet rolls. The en suite bathroom was tiny and was almost impossible to sit on the toilet and reach the toilet roll as a tiled in wash basin is in front of you -and I am not large!! For a larger person it would have been impossible. The breakfast in the morning was great and the breakfast service was very good too.

Charming Airport Hotel Just what we needed. A hotel by the airport we could walk to in the early morning. A little hard to find by the map, but just go to the car rental return lot and there it is. Nearby restaurant OK. Cold beer in the mini bar saved my long day. NOT in the countryside.

Charming Airport Hotel We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was since it is in a very rough neighborhood. However, it's proximity to the airport was the best feature. We were able to walk past the car rental return area right into the courtyard of the hotel. However, as with the two other hotels we booked through your website, we could not obtain telephone numbers to leave with family members while we were out of the county.

Charming Airport Hotel In a very bad neighborhood. $35 cab ride to get there from the Napoli Airport with is less than a half mile from it. Staff should us how we could get back and forth to the airport at no cost. Free Internet and laundry use was great.

The two front desk gentlemen encountered (upon arrival during the day and upon check out at 4:30 am) were polite but less than welcoming to such a charming place. The elderly gentleman and maid who greeted us upon arrival and took our things to the room were delightful. The room was very clean with several amenities. The hallways were also very clean with a welcoming feel. We were disappointed that there was no restaurant on the property yet went to the pizza place nearby. The dog barked through most of the night...most disturbing. Proximity to the airport (the best amenity of all) was great. We had a very early flight the next morning and this made it easy. The price was reasonable. I would stay at this hotel again.

Charming Airport Hotel Le fait d'être à côté de l'aéroport nous a décidé à choisir cet hôtel. Comme aspect négatif il y a la chambre à 2 lits, le 2ème lit étant trés mauvais avec les ressorts qui vous rentrent dans le dos,c'est une honte de proposer un couchage pareil. De plus, beaucoup de bruit, aucune insonorisation, autant dire que nous dormions dans la rue.

Charming Airport Hotel freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang,waren von Sauberkeit und Zimmereinrichtung überrascht, tadelloses Frühstück. Den Fluglärm muß man tolerieren, denn wir hatten das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen ausgesucht, da wir mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs waren und daher günstig und ohne Stress am Morgen 5 min. zu Fuß zum Flughafen gelangen konnten. die zahlreichen neg.Kommentare können wir nicht bestätigen.

Charming Airport Hotel Das Hotel strahlte nicht vor Sauberkeit. Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Die Lüftung mußte über das Fenster erfolgen. Im Bad lief vom Waschbecken das Wasser nicht ab. Die Toilettenspühlung lief nur nach gutem Zureden und mehrmaligen Betätigen der Hebel. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht. Da unser Flugzeug um 09:10 Uhr abflog, konnten wir nicht frühstücken. Das Frühstück wurde zu spät angeboten, aber berechnet. Es gab kein SAT TV. Es gab einen PC mit Internetzugang. Leider fehlte ein Drucker.

Charming Airport Hotel Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr heruntergekommenen Gegend. Im Inneren ist dann alles in Ordnung. Das Personal hat falsche Inofmationen bzgl. eines Shuttle-Dienstes zum Flughafen gegeben, so dass wir zu Fuss ca. 1 km mit Gepäckwagen gehen mussten.
