Hotel Santa Caterina An excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay at the resort. The rooms although quite basic were very clean and comfortable. The hotel had an excellent breakfast choice, with the added bonus of free afternoon to night time pastries and drinks etc. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend it to a friend.

Hotel Santa Caterina The hotel itself was perfectly clean but the facilities were totally lacking - eg no evening meals from beginning of October - no bar - no area to meet with friends, etc. No facilities in rooms to make tea/coffee. We booked this hotel to meet with relatives who had already booked there, but would not be keen to stay there again.

Hotel Santa Caterina This is a clean, minimalist-style modern hotel with good facilities and helpful staff. It would have scored more highly but for a few maintenance issues. For example, the door into the room stuck on the floor tiles, the door to the bathroom wasn't quite aligned properly with its handle and the air conditioning system leaked.

Hotel Santa Caterina They don't have room services for foods. But the breakfast services are excellent. It was a great experienced to stayed in their suite room. Lovely panorama from our balcony. Nice place if you love a tranquil and serene area. We highly advised this hotel for people traveling with their cars. I will surely be back again and again :-)

Hotel Santa Caterina The A/C had stopped working throughout the hotel with no explaination offered. It remain shut for three days and no effort was made to repair it. This meant that we had to keep the windows open to hear trucks passing under the windows. Balmy evenings were stifling in otherwise comfortable rooms. The variety offered at Breakfast Buffet was enough to skip lunch. Advice to all travellers: Ask for a room not facing the road.

Hotel Santa Caterina Tout est très bien, y compris l'aménagement des chambres, varié, fantaisiste et fait avec goût, le parking couvert, l'accueil chaleureux, le petit déjeuner copieux.... Mais ce qui nous a manqué, c'est la vue sur le lac. C'est la raison pour laquelle je ne le conseillerais à des amis que s'ils n'ont pas pu trouver cet hôtel idéal..... Ce qui était notre cas.

Hotel Santa Caterina Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, man muß mehrere Tage bleiben , um alles zu testen. Vorteilhaft wären im Aufenthaltsbereich des Kaffeeautomaten noch ein oder 2 Steh-/Tische, da nur Stühle alleine meiner Meinung nach nicht ausreichen. Die Lage ist ruhig und auch für einen Abstecher zum benachbarten größeren See geeignet.

Hotel Santa Caterina Sicherheit: Bei einem Stromausfall im ganzen Hotel sollte unbedingt dafür gesorgt werden, dass zumindest im Treppenhaus ein Notlicht vorhanden ist und auch funktioniert. Es ist äusserst unangenehm und unseres Erachtens auch gefährlich in einem stockdunkeln Treppenhaus ins Zimmer zu kommen. Wir mussten diese Erfahrung leider machen. Nicht vorstellbar, wenn in einem Notfall das Hotel evakuiert werden müsste. Die Panik wäre vorprogrammiert.
