First Hotel Malpensa We appreciated the shuttle service from the airport, and the return shuttle to the airport. The room was excellent, and the services and staff excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and we loved the front patio with comfortable seating while we waited for our flight time. First Hotel Malpensa The staff were in my top 5 of most helpful, friendly and professional I have ever dealt with outside of a hotel even. Even the shuttle service personal was amazing! My wife was 26 weeks pregnant when we stayed there and they were so helpful even when we arrive late into the evening. I would exclusively stay here anytime we are in Malpensa. Its only 10 minutes from the airport and its worth the savings over the Sheraton.

First Hotel Malpensa I stay at this hotel 2-3 times per year when I have an early flight out of Malpensa. Although I have a choice in hotels inthe area, I always choose First Hotel Malpensa as the staff is courteous, and they serve a good dinner with a varied menu. Rooms are clean. Bed is not as comfortable as I would like, but fine for one night. Their shuttle driver is excellent and very friendly. They will make sure you get to the airport in a timely manner. I will be staying there again in January.

First Hotel Malpensa Service de navette à l'aéroport de Malpensa très mauvais. Mauvaise signalisation où attendre le bus-hotel. Plus d'une heure d'attente en pleine chaleur ! Ai fait signe à la navette de l'hotel passée devant moi mais celle-ci ne s'est pas arretée. Bref beaucoup de temps perdu ! D'autres hotels offrent certainement un meilleur service sur ce point. Pour cette raison je ne le conseille pas à mes collègues ou amis.
