The hotel is further away from Malpensa Airport than expected, it's quite isolated and not near restaurants for an evening meal. The hotel offered a very limited menu (one choice). It was not very good food and there was not enough staff to handle the number of customers.

Hotel La Selva Milano Malpensa We needed shuttle service from and to the airport. We expected a quick pickup from the airport and instead had to take a taxi. Because we left the hotel at 04:00, we also had to take a taxi (we knew ahead of time of the morning taxi need). The hotel price when two taxis are included was more than a pricier hotel, closer to the airport, with a 24 hour shuttle. The hotel staff were lovely.

The food service for dinner needs to be sorted out. No menu and a rather strange selection. No bill at the time. Food just so-so or poor in quality. Breakfast was excellent, nice variety and best croissants I had in Italy!

Hotel La Selva Milano Malpensa Excellent place to stay. Hotel is a little over 1 year old, so everything is still new. Very modern designs and decorating. We did not inquire about the theme rooms because our room was very very nice. Area has a secluded feel; trees, walking path (be careful of poison ivy along path) with benches along the way. Shuttle took us to a nearby town (along waterfront) and picked us up, took us to airport (at pre-arranged time) and both were complimentary as advertised. Breakfast was more than adequate with many options. Will definetely stay here again.

Free shuttle service from and to Malpensa Airport an extra plus (even though it was a 20 to 25 min. drive from the airport). Staff went out of their way to provide information on travel to Lake Como. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the vicinity of Malpensa Airport.

However, the mobile phone signal was very poor indeed or non-existent and this would be a major consideration if we were to visit Italy again - which we probably will. Our trip was primarily for business and it is essential to be able to remain in contact with our business in UK. This was a shame because the Internet access was provided free of charge and was fast and reliable. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

Great, friendly service, with a free shuttle to and from the airport! Only downside is it is not close to anything. Dass man bei Ihnen vom Kellner ab 10.30 bis um 24.30 Uhr bedinet wird ist nicht selbstverständlich und das finde ich spitze. Weiter so. Das Zimmer ist nicht Schalldicht. Die Wände sind zu ringhörig. Für eine Junior Suite nicht akzeptabel. Da wäre eine Verbesserung nötig. Gesamthaft ist Ihr Hotel immer zu empfehlen.

Hotel La Selva Milano Malpensa Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb von Vergiate an einem Waldrand, aber direkt an einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung.Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und absolut diskret. Nur das satelitten TV hat keinen einzigen Sender mit deutscher Sprache. Die Zimmerausstattung ist einfach genial, neuester Stand an Komfort!
