La casa di Amy si trova al centro della città nel quartiere Esquilino, uno dei sette colli su cui fu fondata l'antica Roma.
La Basilica di S Maria Maggiore, il Colosseo, il Circo Massimo, il Foro Romano, distano mediamente non più di 10 minuti di camminata quindi facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi
Il quartiere dove ci troviamo è anche quello della pacifica convivenza delle varie etnie ( Roma caput Mundi). Ne è la testimonianza il grande mercato multietnico di piazza Vittorio Emanuele con il suo mischiarsi di profumi, sapori, lingue e dialetti.
Ogni camera è con bagno privato ed è dotata di aria condizionata, frigo, TV, radiosveglia, asciugacapelli e asciugamani. La pulizia e la cura delle medesime è in assoluto fra le nostre priorità
A seconda della richiesta sono disponibili sia camere singole che doppie con possibilità, in alcune di queste, di aggiungere un terzo letto. Per bambini al di sotto dei 2 anni, che non pagano, è disponibile sempre gratuitamente, su richiesta, un lettino aggiunto.
Chi arriva a Roma avrà molto da vedere e quindi anche strada da percorrere; per questo noi abbiamo pensato di augurarvi al mattino una buona giornata offrendovi una colazione ricca e sostanziosa, in stile continentale, variegata nei sapori per far si che per l'ospite inizi la giornata nel modo più piacevole e rilassante possibile
La Casa di Amy è a 200 metri dalla stazione Termini, la sua ubicazione è quanto mai comoda per tutti coloro che, volendo visitare Roma, si servono dei trasporti pubblici. Da qui partono treni, linee metropolitane, autobus per trasporto urbano, taxi, navette e treni da e per l'aeroporto di Roma Ciampino e Roma Fiumicino e in più Termini è punto di partenza dei colorati autobus scoperti con i quali il turista può godersi il giro panoramico della città eterna.
Noi siamo in via Principe Amedeo al numero 85, quasi all'altezza di piazza Manfredo Fanti, la piazza del glorioso Acquario Romano, interessante costruzione d'inizio novecento in stile liberty oggi punto di richiamo per manifestazioni culturali a carattere internazionale.

Dall'aeroporto "Leonardo Da Vinci"
Treno diretto "Leonardo Express" Stazione "Roma Termini". Ogni 30 minuti, ogni giorno dalle 06:37 alle 23:37. Durata tragitto: 35 minuti N.B.: Leonardo Express non effettua fermate intermedie.
Servizio notturno COTRAL Bus --> Stazione "Roma Termini". Ogni giorno alle 01:15 - 02:15 - 03:30 - 05:00 La fermata è situata in corrispondenza agli arrivi nazionali e internazionali. La fermata a Roma è in Piazza dei Cinquecento (antistante la stazione Termini).
Dall'aeroporto "Roma Ciampino"
Navetta bus Terravision Stazione Roma Termini.
Il servizio è in corrispondenza con i voli Rayanair e Easy-Jet. I biglietti si possono acquistare all'aeroporto (di fronte agli arrivi), al Royal Santina Hotel nei pressi della stazione Roma Termini (Via Marsala 22).
Navetta bus Schiaffini Travel Stazione Roma Termini.
Partenza dall'aeroporto: Lun-Sab 12:10 e 19:45 - Dom-Festivi 12:05 e 19:30. Partenze dalla stazione Termini (Via Marsala di fronte al Royal Santina Hotel): Lun-Sab 10:15 e 17:35 - Dom-Festivi 10:10 e 17:35. I biglietti si possono acquistare ai box autorizzati sia all'aeroporto di Ciampino, alla stazione Termini oppure sul bus.

La Casa Di Amy Si trova a qualche passo dalla stazione termini. Comodo per chi arriva in treno, anche da Fiumicino. Il personale e' molto professionale e simpatico. Connessione wi-fi. Camere semplici ma molto confortevoli e rilassanti.

La Casa Di Amy This was a convenient place to stay in Rome since it is very close to the train station! The staff was very friendly and quickly got us settled in to a spacious, clean room away from the noise of the city. A great escape and would recommend this place to other travelers.

La Casa Di Amy I enjoyed the coziness of the place... Great location.... close to historical sites. The staff were warm and welcoming. La stanza era bella e molto pulita. Sono stata bene nella camera con i miei genitori.

La Casa Di Amy It is located a few steps from Termini station and about 15 minutes walking from the colosseum. Staff were all very welcoming. Rooms were cozy and clean. We highly recommend this B&B.

La Casa Di Amy We stayed twice at the B&B. Being a family of three (child is 3 years old) we had a triple room. The second time we got a marvellous room with a kind of second level build in as a bed. Our son loved it and the room was very comfortable. We needed a place close to Roma Termini and were perfectly happy with our choice. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the garbage cleaning at midnight the first night. But I guess you cannot avoid such things in Rome. I would really recommend the place for its friendly staff, price and position as well as cozy atmosphere.

La Casa Di Amy I stayed here for the second time. It well situated near the central station where the airport bus stops. Simple and clean rooms. Helpful front desk staff.

La Casa Di Amy Easy to get to the city centre from here. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Staff were all very courteous. We had a lovely stay and we would love to come back.

La Casa Di Amy I picked the hotel from on line and therefore had no way of knowing ahead of time the type of accommodations we would get. It certainly was not nearly of the quality we had expected. The room was very small, the elevator infinitessamle. It did serve the purpose for one night's stay, but I don't know whether by Rome's standards it should have costed us Euro 129. Regretfully, I cannot recommend it.

La Casa Di Amy Too costly and not that great place to stay.. very small room and tough to find out the place with no sign boards for the hotel from outside. Not great response from hotel staff.

La Casa Di Amy I am always looking for nice hotels at bargain basement prices. I might have been able to find cheaper, I don't know. However, this hotel was delightful. It was 2-3 blocks from Termini, very convenient. We walked past plenty interesting shops and restaurants (and other hotels) so the area is an interesting one to stay in. The rooms themselves are all decorated differently. We stayed in one with dark wooden furnishings and dark red textiles. The furnishings were European but reminded me so much of Cambodia where I have lived. They also favor the dark red in their weavings. The room was beautiful and looked out over a lovely garden. Uh, I thought our credit card reservation had paid for the room, but actually it only made the reservation. They charged nothing to our card and have a cash only policy on room payment. No included breakfast, but it is easy to eat in this neighborhood, and perhaps more fun to go out and do it.

La Casa Di Amy Conveniently located near the central railway station and not too far from the colesseum. Rooms were basic but clean. Staff were very courteous and friendly. We would definetely return here.

La Casa Di Amy The location is very good, only a few minutes walking from the central station and many sights. The room was a bit dated but functional and very clean. Breakfast was very good! We'd definetely go back!

La Casa Di Amy This B&B was very convenient to Termini, but not well marked if you walked to it from one particular direction. The staff were polite. The room was large enough but the bathroom was VERY small--however, we were expecting that having travelled in Europe before. It was great that they allowed us to check in early. My one beef is that they did not advise us, nor were there signs in the room that check out was 10:00 AM. Luckily, they did not charge us when we checked out VERY late (close to noon). Knowing now that check out was that early, we probably would not have stayed there just because the way our day was planned out. Breakfast was ok but typical for Italy (Germany, France and Austria have more elaborate breakfasts).

La Casa Di Amy Great place to stay, close to the train so that you can walk from the station, clean and very friendly. Only negative comment was the neighbour's barking dog most of the night and would have liked fresh baked goods for breakfast instead of the prepackaged croissants.

La Casa Di Amy Lo unico aunque no es un problema muy grande es que el servicio era un poco dificil para dejar ir el agua
